Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how AL QOBA AL ZAHBIA TECHNOLOGY LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data when you visit alqoba-alzahabia.cloud and its subdomains (the “website”) or contact us through it. We are the controller of that data.
Our apps have their own policy. If you use ZYD AI Studio, its handling of your account, content and purchases is described in the ZYD AI Studio privacy policy. This page covers the company website only.
The data we collect
When you send us a message
Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. Optionally, your company, the type of service you need and an estimated budget. We also record the language of the page and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
When you browse
Like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser details and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this to identify you and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
For rate limiting, we store a one-way, salted hash of the IP address that sent a form — never the address itself.
When you choose cookie settings
A random identifier kept in your browser, the choices you made, the policy version and the date, so we can demonstrate your consent. This record does not identify you.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To reply to you and discuss a project — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries.
- To keep the website and our inbox secure — our legitimate interest in preventing spam, fraud and abuse (security checks, rate limiting).
- To remember your cookie and language choices — your consent, or our legal obligation to record it.
- To comply with the law — where we must keep or disclose information.
We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case the recipient remains bound by this policy.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries outside the UAE. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the providers’ security commitments, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Messages sent through the website are deleted automatically from our website database after 24 months. If your inquiry becomes a project, related correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require.
- Consent records are deleted after 13 months. You are asked again at least every 12 months.
- Security logs held by our hosting provider are kept for short periods set by that provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data, or have it deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing, including where we rely on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing — use ;
- data portability; and
- complain to a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority where you live.
Residents of California and other US states have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
To use any right, email privacy@alqoba-alzahabia.cloud or choose “Privacy request” on our contact form. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, stored in an access-controlled database, and available only to the staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
Children
The website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has contacted us, email privacy@alqoba-alzahabia.cloud and we will delete the information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. If a change affects your choices, we will ask for your consent again.
